2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray


Chevrolet revealed the much awaited Corvette C7 Stingray at an event in Detroit. Chevrolet says this is the most powerful standard model ever. The all new 6.2L LT1 V8 with 7 speed manual transmission generates about 450 hp and 610 Nm torque.

The new Corvette Stingray accelerates from 0-60 mph (97 kmph) in less than 4 seconds. Apart from being powerful, the 2014 Corvette is also efficient, as it exceeds the 26 mpg (11.05 kmpl) EPA rating. Corvette is the sports car division of the leading American car maker, Chevrolet which is now present in over 140 countries. Designed on their new global vision, ‘Find New Roads’, Chevrolet says the 2014 Corvette C7 is really new, and shares just two parts with previous generations.
